Availability and price change, sometimes between your reading a page and calling us. We will confirm the current position when you enquire.

Reading this site does not create an advisory relationship. Any advice we give is under a written scope and fee agreed with you before work starts.

An enquiry or a job application you submit is kept on our board indefinitely, so that the desk covering your town can pick the conversation back up whenever it resumes. Property runs on long timelines and we would rather hold the history than ask you the same questions again a year later.

We use it to answer you and to do the work you asked for. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

We work to keep every listing, project and note accurate, but records change and mistakes happen. If you find anything on this site that is inaccurate, misleading or misrepresents a property, a project, an approval or a person, please email support@racoho.com.

Tell us the page or the reference (RC-…, PR-…) and what is wrong. The website administration will review every report and take the necessary action — correcting the record, adding a clarification, or taking the page off the site while it is checked.

Text, page design and photography on this site belong to us or are used with permission. The RACOHO name and mark are ours.

Some photography is currently licensed stock imagery of the towns we cover, used as a placeholder for our own photography.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mohali, Punjab have jurisdiction.
