What we collect when you enquire, what we do with it, and how to make us delete it.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, and — if you give them — your email address, the town you are interested in, what you need the property to do, and anything you write in the message box.

When you apply for a role we collect your name, phone number, email address, the role you applied for, any link you give us to a CV, and your note.

We do not collect payment details anywhere on this site, and we do not ask you to create an account.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry. An enquiry is routed to the desk covering the town you named — Mohali for Punjab, Hamirpur for Himachal Pradesh — and the desk lead for that state becomes its owner.

We record the consent you give at the point of submission, together with the time you gave it.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share your number with third parties.

Who can see it

Enquiries are visible to the desk that owns them and to the firm's owner. Access is scoped by desk rather than open to everyone.

Where a transaction requires it — a registry appointment, a bank valuation, a title search — we will share only what that specific step needs, and we will tell you before we do.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and job applications on file indefinitely, and we would rather say so plainly than bury it. Property is a slow business: a conversation that goes quiet in March is often live again eighteen months later, and a candidate we could not place this year is the first call when a desk opens. Deleting the record would mean starting from nothing and asking you the same questions again.

That is a decision the firm has taken, not a legal requirement. It is the reason the next paragraph exists.

You can ask us to delete what we hold at any time, and we will — the whole record, not a flag on it. Write to info@racoho.com and say so. We do not require a reason.

Your choices

Write to info@racoho.com and ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will act on that.

Asking us to delete an enquiry means we will not be able to continue advising on it.

If you report an inaccuracy

If you write to support@racoho.com to tell us something on this site is inaccurate or misleading, we use your message and your address only to look into it and reply to you.

We do not add you to any list, and we do not pass your report to the owner, builder or anyone named in it without asking you first.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites.

If analytics are added later, this section will say what they are before they are switched on.
