Disclaimer
What a price, an area figure and an approval note on this site mean — and what they do not.

Listing accuracy
Listings are prepared from our own inspection and from documents supplied by the owner. We publish the date we inspected and which registry we read on every listing page.
Areas, dimensions and specifications are indicative. Carpet, built-up and super area are not the same thing, and you should confirm which is quoted before you rely on a rate per square foot.
A listing marked with papers in progress means exactly that: verification is not complete, and we say so rather than omit it.
Reporting an inaccuracy
If you find anything on this site that is inaccurate or misleading, please email support@racoho.com and we will review and correct it.
Every listing and project page carries a "Report an inaccuracy" link that opens an email with the record's reference already filled in, so we know exactly which page you mean. Where a report shows a record to be wrong, we correct it or take it off the site until it is verified.
Approvals and RERA
Every project on this site states its approval position. A RERA application filed is not a RERA registration. A licence to develop is not a sanctioned layout. A completion certificate is not an occupancy certificate.
Where a project is registered, the registration number is published. You should verify it independently on the relevant state RERA portal — Punjab or Himachal Pradesh — before you commit.
Change of land use (CLU) governs industrial use in the Baddi–Nalagarh belt. Land without it cannot be used industrially however it is described.
Section 118, Himachal Pradesh
Section 118 of the Himachal Pradesh Tenancy and Land Reforms Act, 1972 restricts the acquisition of agricultural land by non-agriculturists. Permission may be refused.
Nothing on this site should be read as an assurance that permission will be granted in your case, or as advice on your eligibility. We establish the position for each buyer individually before a token is paid.
Rates and valuations
Indicative rate bands shown on town pages are our own read of the market, drawn from transactions we closed or advised on. They are dated, and they are not a valuation.
A formal valuation is a separate written engagement and answers a different question from a market price.
Third-party content
Some photography is sourced from third parties under licence and depicts the general area rather than a specific property. Where imagery is a placeholder for our own photography, treat it as illustrative only.
Where we link to an external site — a state RERA portal, a developer, a public record — we do not control that content and are not responsible for it.
Forward-looking statements
Possession dates, launch dates and infrastructure timelines are as declared by developers or authorities. They slip, sometimes by years. Treat them as intentions rather than commitments.
